Product Details Of BOPP Tape
BOPP tape, also known as Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film tape, is a common packaging material that is widely used due to its good transparency, mechanical properties, and cost-effectiveness.
BOPP tape is mainly composed of the following parts:
BOPP Film: As the substrate, it is made by melting polypropylene (PP) and extruding it into a film, which is then stretched biaxially to create a highly transparent film with excellent moisture resistance and wear resistance.
Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Emulsion: The main component is a butyl ester, which is coated on one side of the BOPP film and dried to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, giving the tape its stickiness.
Release Paper: Typically silicon oil paper, used to protect the adhesive layer from contamination and to make it easy to peel off when used.
